69 - 61 kgs. Down 8 kgs and 4 inches around the hip & waist in 40 days. Shreya is a power lifter who followed a balanced meal plan before she moved to a two meal per day eating pattern. During this period her body used fat as fuel, aided with carbohydrates. Extremely determined to achieve her goal, Shreya made sure she followed her workout and meal plans diligently. She is on a break now and will level up in the coming months to get leaner, fitter and stronger!
