69 - 61 kgs. Down 8 kgs and 4 inches around the hip & waist in 40 days.⁣ Shreya is a power lifter who followed a balanced meal plan before she moved to a two meal per day eating pattern. During this period her body used fat as fuel, aided with carbohydrates.⁣ Extremely determined to achieve her goal, Shreya made sure she followed her workout and meal plans diligently. She is on a break now and will level up in the coming months to get leaner, fitter and stronger! ⁣
