Five weeks into the program and these were the results. This happened cause of various reasons. ⁣ 1. Know my body and how to tweak it around considering I’ve been training for years. ⁣ 2. Was super consistent with food and barely strayed or cheated.⁣ 3. Cut out alcohol. ⁣

Now not everyone will be able to see a big change in this amount of time as different bodies adapt differently, depending on various factors. Training age, metabolism, consistency with food and training, lifestyle habits etc. Only putting it up to show you that everyone will stray at some point and fall of the wagon but all it takes is small steps everyday to work towards a goal and achieve it. ⁣ Also, this was more about how I felt and not how I looked.
