A women centric community where we focus on women getting stronger along with maximizing muscular development in areas where women would generally want to maximize muscular development in. 

If you want to grow your glutes, hamstrings, calves, quads along with shredding your back, delts & arms & change the shape of your physique according to your liking, then it’s safe to say that The Bad Ass Project is for you. 

We do not believe in quick fixes. This takes work. It’s not a 14 day or a 30 day challenge. Reaching YOUR goal could take a couple of months, a few months or a year even, depending on where you are with your fitness journey but you will most certainly see improvement if you show discipline & consistency. 

A community where women interact with, inspire, share stories & encourage each other to get healthier & stronger - mentally, emotionally & physically.

      WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

  • Those looking to increase/maximise muscular development, get stronger & mold their physique/structure to their liking. 

  • Those who are Intermediate and above with regard to your training age - i.e. you have had enough experience in the gym and your execution of compound movements such as deadlifts and squats etc are good along with sound knowledge of how to use machines in the gym. This program is NOT for beginners who’ve never been to a gym. 

  • Those who have access to a gym. In order to obtain optimal results, access to certain machines and equipment is necessary. Suitable replacements are possible for a home workout but may not be optimal. 

  • Those who want to be a part of a community where women are going through the same program, inspiring and encouraging each other along the way. No more guessing on what to do and how to do it. 

  • If you expect a new workout or a set of new exercises every day, this program isn’t for you. Workouts will be progressed systematically. Each cycle will consist of 6-8 weeks of the same sort of exercises where intensities and volume will be manipulated with in order for you to progress.
