    You can use any coconut oil. Parachute is also edible. Try and keep your ingredients simple. Use brands that are easily availablel.
  • Which brand of omega 3 or fish oil should I use ?
    Any brand is allowed. Go for seacod or seven seas, theyre easily available
  • What should I do if my workout time switches from morning to evening or vice versa ?
    Your pre-workout meal remains the same. Depending on morning or evening workout, your post workout meal then becomes breakfast or dinner respectively.
  • Can I add other food to my meal plan ?
    Nothing out of your meal plan should be added. We need to make sure you are eating the right calories to support your workout so that your progress is faster.
  • What should I do if I am constipated
    Make sure you are fulfilling your fiber and fat intake. Drink enough water (3-4 lts). If you are following the plans to the T you should not be constipated. Incase the problem persists try isabgol or methi seeds in water.
