Inspite of long working hours and hectic shoots, Aakash managed to put in a great deal of effort and made sure he was regular with exercise thrice a week if not more, and more importantly watched what he ate.⁣ A simple meal plan, an effective workout plan and his sincerity has helped him achieve 4kgs of fat loss with 2 inches down around his waist, in a month.

I was working with Mehak on my diet for quite a long time. Though I was losing fat rapidly but was not gaining any considerable strength as the programmer at my gym put me on the same workout plan for months! It was getting very monotonous and I was on the verge of letting go. Thankfully, Kunal designed a personalized workout plan for me which was so much fun and also helped me work on issues like muscle imbalance and weak push- pull strength.
